Haowki covers the full cost of return shipping for all approved returns and replacements, regardless of the reason.


4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be:

  • Credited to your original method of payment

We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.


5. Replacements & Exchanges

Customers may opt for:
