  • We partner exclusively with Shiprocket for domestic logistics.
  • All packages are handled end‑to‑end by Shiprocket.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or location.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Typically 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Peak Seasons & Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 7 business days during high‑volume periods or to extremely remote PIN codes.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD Charge: No additional fee for COD orders.
  • Cash payments must be made to the delivery executive at the time of receipt.

8. Shipping Delays & Issues

  • Delays:

  • Non‑Delivery:

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Shiprocket will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re‑shipment at no extra shipping cost.
